These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Sisu Training website and your purchase of products and services from Sisu Training.

1. About Sisu Training
Sisu Training is operated by Kaisu Karttunen, trading as Sisu Training in Australia.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Sisu Training”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sisu Training. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing our products or services.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control and may vary depending on the delivery provider and destination.
5. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind purchases, refunds or exchanges are only available where expressly stated by Sisu Training.

6. Online Fitness Programs
Online fitness programs are provided for personal use only.

7. Online Coaching
Online coaching services are provided according to the specific service purchased.
Payment must be made upfront before coaching services commence.
The nature and frequency of communication, program updates, check-ins and other services will depend on the coaching package purchased.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching services are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.
8. In-Person Personal Training
Personal training sessions must be paid for in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations or changes to a personal training session require at least 24 hours' notice.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the session may be charged in full or forfeited, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to permanently end an ongoing personal training arrangement, two weeks' notice is required, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Your Responsibilities as a Sisu Training Athlete
You are responsible for:

10. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Fitness training and exercise involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
Information, programs and coaching provided by Sisu Training are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning exercise where appropriate, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury or other health concern.
You are responsible for informing Sisu Training of relevant health information and for communicating any pain, discomfort or concerns during training.
If you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms during exercise, you should stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention where necessary.

All content on this website and within Sisu Training programs and services, including but not limited to:

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
