Get strong, move pain-free and maintain your fat loss results! 45min & 60min intensive weight training sessions focused on technique as well as progressive overload. Recommended sessions per week: 2-4 - some of the sessions can be done through online fitness coaching. Please contact Kai for current price list and to confirm available time slots.
Optional mix & match: your personal trainer can also be an online fitness coach! Add "homework" sessions on top of your PT sessions. You can train at your own time outside the PT sessions using our Sisu Training app. Get stronger while maintaining your fat loss results!
